We process all orders within 24 hours and strive to ship them as quickly as possible.
While we aim for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur. If your order is late, we appreciate your patience—it’ll be worth the wait.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We carefully craft and package every product, but we understand that returns may be necessary.
Eco Pet Lab offers a 30-day return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, sealed, and in their original condition. All returns must be initiated within the 30-day timeframe.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
All returns follow Eco Pet Lab's RMA Procedures. For each return request during the 30-day period, you must ask for an RMA Number.
We'll send back any unauthorized return at your cost, with no refund. If we give you an RMA number but don't get your return within 30 days, we may cancel the RMA after notifying you in writing and keep any money you paid for that return.
You can cancel an RMA before shipping your return by telling us in writing. We'll then cancel that RMA number. If we get your return within 30 days of issuing the RMA number, we'll process it and refund your credit or debit card used for the purchase within 30 days of finishing the return process.
